When you place an order with Zerafto, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, and order history. We collect your email only if you choose to share it. We do not collect sensitive financial information directly — all payments are processed by Razorpay.
Your information is used solely to fulfil your order — finding the nearest store, coordinating delivery, sending order status updates via WhatsApp and email, and contacting you about your purchase if needed. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is strictly required to deliver your order.
Order history is retained indefinitely for your account so you can review past purchases. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by writing to support@zerafto.com.
