By placing an order on Zerafto you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. Stock availability is updated in real time but we reserve the right to cancel an order if the physical stock turns out to be incorrect — in which case any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the distance from the fulfilling store to your delivery address and the vehicle size you pick. Delivery OTP is required for handover — please do not share it until the driver arrives.
Please see our Return Policy page. In short: orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, and we do not accept returns except for genuinely defective goods subject to a manual review.
